Green Hot pepper Sauce

8 Cups of green habanero peppers

1 head of garlic peeled

2 small onions roughly chop

1 tablespoon salt

2 teaspoon curry powder

¾ cup oil

Start by watching peppers, them place in a pot with the garlic, the onions and about 1 cup water and bring it to boil for about 10 minutes. Just when you notice the peppers is staring to get bright green in appearance. Now turn the heat off. And place peppers, garlic onions in a blender. You don’t need to add any extra water with peppers. Just blend it as it is. Finally place half of the measured oil in a pot and heat it up on a stove. As you notice the oil is hot. Place the blended peppers in the hot oil. Add the salt, the sugar and the curry powder as well. Now stir the mixture and begin to cook on the stove top. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium low heat or until all the moisture eliminate from the sauce. Finally as the water eliminate from the sauce. Place the last oil in the sauce and cook slowly for 10 minutes on low heat as it is simmering. Now turn the stove off and let it sit for about 30 minutes and place it in a jar to be store in the fridge. This pepper sauce can be store in the fridge for about six months. Be mindful to use clean spoon when you are serving pepper sauce with meals.. I even serve some with fry Kala .Be mindful when you are cooking the pepper sauce will splash as you are cooking.
